Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

How soon will my order ship?

Most of my pieces are in stock and ship within 1-3 business days.  If pieces are on backorder, allow 2-4 weeks to ship.   See the item description for specific shipping times.

How much is shipping?

All US orders over $95 ship free via USPS First Class Mail. All international orders ship USPS First Class Mail for approx. 20.00.   All orders ship from our studios in Southern Arizona.

How will my order ship?

Our jewelry is incredibly durable and ships in a padded mailer.  Larger orders may ship in a box.  Each piece of jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a gift box tied with a bow, perfect for gifting.  (Or self-gifting!)

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.

Do you accept returns?

Unworn and unbroken items can be returned for within 7 days of purchase for shop credit.  Email to arrange a return.
If you received your item broken, email Bronwen at for return information.  These items may be returned for refund.  A photo of the broken piece must be sent to  Item must be shipped to Bronwen Heilman Glass at the buyers expense.

Sale items are final sales.  No refunds.

How do I care for glass jewelry?

Glass is a tough but breakable material that is great for jewelry because when the jewelry shines, you shine.  To keep your glass jewelry looking its best, wash it in mild soap, and pat dry. 

How do I care for silver jewelry?

All our silver jewelry is made of 100% sterling silver.    If you do notice some tarnish on your silver jewelry, it can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.  We do not recommend using commercial liquid jewelry cleaners on any silver jewelry. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal and Stripe 

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal or Square for payments.  PayPal and Square automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  

If your piece was received broken, please contact me at with an image of the work received.  Inquiry about a refund and images sent must take place within 7 days of receipt of the work.  All broken work must be packed up and shipped back to Bronwen Heilman at buyers expense.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards (365 day expiration date)
  • Downloadable software products (virtual classes, pdf’s, etc)
  • Booked time with me (within 24 hours of class).  You may cancel our booked time anytime before 24 hours of scheduled time.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo of the broken piece along with a photo of the package.  You must ship the piece back to Bronwen Heilman Glass for inspection and approval.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (unless received broken).

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
