The Silica Sleeve will be pink when you receive it. During normal use, it will turn white.
This High temp. silica sleeve can withstand a continuous temperature of 2500 deg. F.
I have been using the same pair of my flameworking Hot Fingers for beads, blown beads, soft glass marbles and boro marbles from 2019 and just changed my sleeve in 2026. These lasted 7 years!!!
