If your piece was received broken, please contact me at email@example.com with an image of the work received. Inquiry about a refund and images sent must take place within 5 days of receipt of the work. All broken work must be packed up and shipped back to Bronwen Heilman Art Glass at buyers expense.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards (365 day expiration date)
- Downloadable software products (virtual classes, pdf’s, etc)
- Booked time with me (within 24 hours of class)
- All art glass items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo of the broken piece along with a photo of the package. You must ship the piece back to Bronwen Heilman Art Glass for inspection and approval.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
